*Student Grievance Redressal Cell at Vivekananda Satavarshiki Mahavidyalaya*

Objectives:
- To provide a platform for students to voice their grievances.
- To resolve issues promptly and impartially.
- To ensure that no student faces discrimination, harassment, or bias.
- To maintain a conducive and safe learning environment.
Functioning:
- The Grievance Cell is chaired by a senior faculty member and includes representatives from faculty, administration, and students.
- Grievances can be submitted through an online portal or in person, with an acknowledgment provided to the student.
- Each grievance will be examined thoroughly, and an appropriate resolution will be offered within a reasonable timeframe.
Confidentiality and Non-retaliation:
- All grievances will be handled with strict confidentiality, and students will be assured protection against any form of retaliation.
